Bonus Science Lesson: Yerba Mate has 70 mg of caffeine per serving, while there are 75 mg of caffeine in an average cup of coffee. But this glass bottle of Yerba Mate I have currently in front of me holds 2 servings. I am actually a little intimidated and will be putting this back in the fridge 3/4 full before I crack out by 11:00AM.
